Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and support the team during shifts, ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.

Perform administrative tasks including cash handling, audits, and completing incident reports accurately.

Operate the cash register and handle basic math tasks related to sales transactions.

Enforce food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.

Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching to improve team performance.

Handle lifting of items up to 50 lbs as needed for inventory and stocking purposes.

Communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure coordinated efforts.

Monitor shift activities to maintain quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of experience in a restaurant or food service role.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Basic math skills and experience operating cash registers.

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced setting.

Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and general restaurant operations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
