Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and supervise restaurant team members during shifts to maintain efficient and friendly service.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Train and mentor hourly team members to uphold company standards and improve performance.

Perform administrative duties such as cash handling, conducting audits, and completing incident reports accurately.

Operate cash registers and apply basic math skills to process sales transactions.

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Assist with inventory management, including lifting and stocking items up to 50 pounds.

Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate operations.

Monitor shift activities to maintain quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Minimum six months of experience working in a restaurant or food service environment.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Strong customer service skills with a positive and approachable attitude.

Leadership abilities with experience or willingness to supervise and train others.

Proficient in basic math and comfortable operating cash registers.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks common in restaurant operations.

Working Conditions
