Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of up to 15 employees, fostering teamwork and accountability

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally

Oversee inventory control, cost management, and payroll administration

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Analyze Profit & Loss statements and assist with cost control initiatives

Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations

Assist with scheduling and labor management to optimize productivity

Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and management

Support marketing and sales efforts to help meet business goals
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant environment with supervisory or management responsibilities

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in Business or Hospitality preferred

Proven leadership and staff supervision skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Solid understanding of Profit & Loss management and cost control

Experience with inventory and payroll administration

Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation compliance

Proficiency with basic computer tools, especially Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual candidates preferred but not required

Working Conditions
This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Orlando, FL restaurant. Work hours will vary based on operational needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Assistant Managers utilize restaurant systems, point-of-sale (POS) technology, and Microsoft Excel to carry out their daily responsibilities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
