Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise and coach hourly team members to deliver top-tier customer service

Support General Manager in restaurant operations, including food safety compliance, labor control, and cleanliness standards

Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep

Lead opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational readiness and security

Assist with employee scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll inputs

Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve complaints with care

Analyze financial reports and assist in achieving budget targets, including cost control and sales performance

Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training team members to uphold brand standards

Promote a team-focused culture that supports engagement, accountability, and operational success
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment, or internal promotion with strong performance record

High School Diploma or GED required

Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Knowledge of restaurant operations and local health code compliance

Familiarity with financial reporting and Profit & Loss understanding

Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

Basic computer proficiency, including Excel and restaurant management systems

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail

Working Conditions
This full-time, onsite role is based at our Oakland Park, FL location. Assistant Managers should be available for a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role involves physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs), and using standard kitchen and POS equipment.
