Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule activities for operational teams using digital systems.

Keep records accurate and up to date, and provide regular progress reports.

Serve as the first point of contact for field teams, handling inquiries and providing support.

Manage and submit applications for Traffic Management, footway and road closures, and permits.

Oversee projects from initiation to completion, including raising, monitoring, and closing all necessary permits and notices.

Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Ensure all administrative tasks are completed with a high degree of accuracy.

Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications
Experience Level:

Education Requirement:
