Duties and Responsibilities
- Apply advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint to create, maintain, and manage various documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently, showcasing accuracy, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills in daily tasks.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels within and outside the organization, including clients, vendors, business partners, and community leaders.
- Facilitate efficient information dissemination within the department and to external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and effectively resolve department questions and inquiries.
- Prepare and present comprehensive meeting notes, presentations, and tables for various departmental needs.
- Assist in the developing procedures to streamline administrative and operational processes.
- Monitor critical department deadlines and benchmarks, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Support the presentation of monthly progress reports, meticulously tracking action items and providing updates.
- Take charge of planning, coordinating, and facilitating on-site and off-site meetings.
- Coordinate various training programs and maintain accurate records of participation.
- Assist in assembling and analyzing information for business plans and financial reports.
- Monitor, review, and approve standard department expenditures in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare various professional communications, including emails, agendas, and minutes.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Coordinate department-related issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in the implementation of new business line initiatives and projects.
- Provide support in developing reports and presentations summarizing analysis results.
- Assist with organizing data into report format and compiling graphic illustrations for enhanced clarity.
- Provide support in tracking key business trends and providing updates to departmental leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: Entry-Level (Applicable office/clerical experience preferred).
- Education Requirement: High School Diploma/GED Required.
