Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate work activities for operational teams using digital systems.

Update and maintain accurate records, and provide regular program updates to all relevant stakeholders.

Act as the first point of contact for operational colleagues, providing prompt resolutions to issues.

Process and submit applications for Traffic Management, footway, road closure, and permit requests.

Monitor work activities from start to finish, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure work requirements are understood and documented.

Ensure all administrative tasks are completed with a high degree of accuracy.

Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:
Experience Level: This role is ideal for a professional with relevant experience in a fast-paced administrative or planning environment, where the ability to make quick decisions is crucial.
