Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform meticulous document review and verification for all new dealer registrations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure strict compliance adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal policies related to dealer registration and payment processing.
- Facilitate clear and concise communication with dealers, both existing and prospective, to resolve any documentation discrepancies or inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, Compliance) to streamline the registration process.
- Utilize and navigate efficiently various digital platforms, including CRM and ERP systems, for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Proactively identify and report recurring compliance issues or potential process improvements to leadership.
- Implement strategies for fraud risk mitigation by thoroughly assessing the validity and authenticity of submitted documents.
- Act as a vital liaison between internal and external groups, bridging communication gaps to ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrate strong technology proficiency by effectively using Google Suite or Microsoft Office applications for various administrative tasks.
- Exhibit persistence in pursuing necessary documentation and resolving complex registration challenges.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative teamwork environment, supporting colleagues and shared objectives.

Qualifications
- Experience Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level (2-3 years administrative, AR/AP, or payments-related experience).
- Education Requirement: High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
