Duties and Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to control costs and maximize revenue.

Recruit, train, develop, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a motivated and high-performing team.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement disciplinary actions when necessary to maintain standards.

Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to boost customer traffic and sales growth.

Oversee inventory management and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and cost-effectiveness.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Monitor customer service delivery and promptly address guest feedback or complaints to ensure excellence.

Utilize basic computer skills including Excel and Word, alongside restaurant management systems, to streamline operations and reporting.

Collaborate with corporate leadership to align local goals with company-wide objectives.
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the restaurant industry, including at least 3 years in a General Manager or equivalent senior management role.

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred.

Strong expertise in restaurant operations management, financial oversight, and team leadership.

Proven ability to manage P&L statements, budgets, and cost control initiatives effectively.

Skilled in staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management.

Experience in marketing, sales planning, and driving business growth.

Knowledge of inventory control and payroll administration.
