Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to optimize financial performance and control costs.

Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff, cultivating a positive, productive team culture.

Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary procedures to maintain operational standards.

Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain customers.

Monitor and manage inventory, payroll, and related administrative processes accurately.

Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Address customer feedback promptly to maintain exceptional service and satisfaction levels.

Utilize computer skills in Excel, Word, and restaurant management software to support operations and reporting.

Collaborate with corporate leadership to align restaurant objectives with company goals.
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 3 years as a General Manager or equivalent senior role.

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred.

Proven expertise in managing restaurant operations and financial performance.

Strong ability to handle P&L management and cost control measures effectively.

Demonstrated skills in staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management.

Experience in marketing, sales planning, and business growth initiatives.

Proficient in inventory control and payroll management.
