Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction

Recruit, train, develop, and retain top talent across all staff levels

Monitor and manage labor costs, food costs, and other budgetary controls

Analyze Profit & Loss statements to identify growth opportunities and optimize profitability

Execute local and corporate marketing programs to drive traffic and revenue

Ensure proper inventory levels and conduct regular audits to prevent loss

Maintain payroll processes and ensure accuracy in scheduling

Lead customer service initiatives and resolve guest concerns with professionalism

Ensure compliance with HR practices, including disciplinary procedures and team evaluations

Utilize Excel, Word, and restaurant management systems to maintain operational efficiency

Set strategic goals and lead team members in achieving performance targets
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 3 years in a General Manager role

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred

Strong leadership and team development skills

Proficient in analyzing budgets, managing inventory, and maintaining payroll systems

Familiar with food safety, sanitation, and labor law compliance

Proven success in executing marketing initiatives and driving business results

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and restaurant management systems

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Working Conditions
This is an in-person, full-time role based at our Orlando location. The General Manager position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support operational demands. You’ll regularly use standard office tools, POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory tracking platforms.
