Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee all restaurant operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistent service delivery.

Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, budgeting, and cost control to maximize profitability.

Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to build a motivated and skilled team.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and manage disciplinary procedures when necessary.

Plan and implement marketing and sales initiatives to increase customer engagement and revenue.

Control inventory levels and oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and cost management.

Maintain strict compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards.

Monitor guest satisfaction, promptly addressing feedback and resolving issues to maintain high service quality.

Utilize computer applications such as Excel, Word, and restaurant management systems for reporting and daily operations.

Collaborate closely with corporate leadership to align restaurant goals with broader company objectives.
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the restaurant industry with at least 3 years in a General Manager or equivalent senior management role.

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred.

Expertise in restaurant operations management and financial oversight.

Proven ability to manage P&L statements and implement effective cost control strategies.
