Duties and Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage end-to-end clinician recruitment strategies and programs.

Collaborate with hiring managers, medical leadership, and human resources to define role requirements and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

Source, screen, and build long-term relationships with physician and APP candidates through various channels including digital marketing, referrals, and industry events.

Coordinate and manage all candidate touchpoints, from initial outreach through interviews, site visits, and onboarding.

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal hiring policies.

Develop and monitor recruitment metrics, presenting progress reports and analytics to leadership.

Maintain accurate and organized records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Represent Samaritan Health Services at job fairs, residency programs, and medical conferences.

Partner with marketing teams to create compelling recruitment materials and campaigns.

Continuously research industry trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive in a national healthcare hiring market.
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in clinician recruitment or a related talent acquisition role.

Strong knowledge of employment law, recruitment compliance, and healthcare industry dynamics.

Exceptional time management and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

Confident communicator and presenter, capable of building trust with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.

Demonstrated understanding of sales and marketing techniques, particularly in employer branding and outreach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.

Working Conditions
