Duties and Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations

Supervise and motivate team members to ensure efficient shift coverage and consistent service standards

Manage employee scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours

Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of team members

Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders as needed to maintain operational readiness

Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and company policies

Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, incident reporting, and inventory management

Maintain strong knowledge of Profit & Loss statements and contribute to improving store profitability

Respond to guest feedback with a customer-first mindset, resolving issues quickly and professionally

Foster a positive, productive, and respectful team culture
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant or quick-service environment

High School diploma or equivalent required

Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred

Proven leadership ability and experience managing or supervising restaurant staff

Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including scheduling and team development

Knowledge of basic administrative processes including payroll, inventory, and reporting

Basic computer skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
