Duties and Responsibilities

Utilize workforce management software tools such as Five9, NICE IEX, Verint, and Aspect to monitor and manage call center staffing and scheduling

Analyze call center data and generate accurate forecasts to predict workforce needs aligned with business goals

Develop and implement workforce plans that optimize resource allocation and improve service levels

Track real-time operational performance and adjust schedules as needed to meet fluctuating call volumes

Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to identify areas for process improvement and workforce efficiency

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management on staffing metrics, trends, and recommendations

Maintain data integrity and documentation related to workforce management processes

Support team adherence to compliance and quality standards within health plan operations

Manage time effectively to balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in workforce management, preferably in health insurance or call center operations

Proficiency with workforce management software such as Five9, NICE IEX, Verint, and Aspect

Strong skills in data analysis and forecasting using Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools

Solid understanding of call center operations and metrics

Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle complex scheduling and operational demands

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting
