As a Warehouse Inventory Controller, you will be instrumental in keeping stock levels synchronized across our ERP and Warehouse Management Systems, leading inventory accuracy checks, and resolving complex logistics discrepancies. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain the synchronization of stock levels and records in the ERP system with the WMS, ensuring high data accuracy.
  • Apply 2-7 years of logistics or materials management experience or comparable functions, and a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, IT, Finance, or business administration.
  • Utilize proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for analysis, reporting, and communication.
  • Leverage extensive knowledge of logistics processes and IT systems, including SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Collaborate effectively with ASML IT teams and logistics service providers to ensure inventory management processes are executed seamlessly.
  • Interact with various business functions including Warehousing, Logistics, Planning, Sourcing, and 3PL providers.
  • Manage and control meticulous inventory stock counting and accuracy checks.
  • Proactively address and resolve discrepancies between ERP and WMS.
  • Manage logistical, administrative, and compliance activities related to FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) inventory accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex logistics issues efficiently, minimizing disruption.
  • Analyze inventory data, identify errors, and implement robust solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Identify areas for improvement in inventory management processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working with people at all levels within the organization.
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise interactions.
  • Possess the ability to operate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Possess the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet daily deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior-Level (2-7 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s, or 7+ years comparable experience).
  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s in supply chain management, IT, Finance, or business administration OR 7+ years’ experience in comparable functions.
  • Required Skills:
