Job Overview
Gi Group, a leading global recruitment company, is seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Technician & FLT Driver to join our team in Bourn, Cambridge. As a Warehouse Technician & FLT Driver, you’ll be responsible for receiving, handling, and dispatching goods, operating a forklift safely, and maintaining accurate inventory records. If you’re physically fit, organised, and experienced in warehouse operations and FLT use, we want to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming goods and materials.

Pick, pack, and ship orders with a high degree of accuracy.

Manage inventory, perform stock checks, and conduct cycle counts.

Operate a forklift (FLT) to move materials safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment.

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures meticulously.

Use basic computer systems to manage inventory and track orders.
Qualifications
Experience Level: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is required.
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; emphasis on practical experience and relevant certifications.
Required Skills:

Valid FLT licence (essential).

Proven warehouse/logistics experience.

Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items.

Salary and Benefits
