Job Overview
Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of Mental Health services, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Ward Manager to join our team in Clacton-on-Sea. This role is pivotal in providing clinical leadership, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring the well-being of service users through the effective management of ward operations.
As a Ward Manager, you will take responsibility for upholding standards within the Clinical Governance framework, leading by example, and creating a collaborative, supportive environment for your team. Your proven leadership skills, nursing expertise, and commitment to evidence-based practice will be instrumental in driving excellence across the ward.
Duties and Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and guidance to ensure a unified, engaged workforce.

Maintain and improve standards within the Clinical Governance framework.

Oversee and supervise nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.

Serve as an expert resource on nursing care within your specialism.

Qualifications
Experience Level: Senior leadership role requiring significant experience in a similar healthcare setting.
Education Requirement: Relevant nursing qualification with current NMC registration.
