Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage in business development activities to generate new client opportunities with schools.
- Place teaching and support staff into various school roles, including short-term and long-term positions.
- Conduct visits to schools to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Write compelling job advertisements to attract top teaching talent.
- Interview candidates to assess their suitability for various roles and school environments.
- Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills when interacting with both clients and candidates.
- Maintain an ambitious and motivated approach to your work, always striving for success.

- Manage your own desk and recruitment pipeline from start to finish.

Qualifications
- Experience Level: Trainee (full training provided).
- Education Requirement: Relevant professional experience or a strong academic background is typically required.

- A background in B2B or B2C sales (retail, telesales, call center, etc.).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
