About the Role – Healthcare Assistant
Job Overview
As a Healthcare Assistant at The Farndon Unit, you will provide essential support to residents, promote teamwork, and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. This role is ideal for someone with a caring nature, resilience, and the ability to work effectively with individuals who have complex needs.
Duties and Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support to female residents with mental health needs or PD diagnoses.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Promote residents’ independence and well-being through tailored care plans.

Contribute to maintaining a positive team atmosphere and professional standards.

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experienced Healthcare Assistant.

Naturally caring and hardworking nature.

Ability to support women with mental health needs or PD diagnoses.

Right to work in the UK full-time (no sponsorship available).

Not on a 20-hour Student Visa or Tier 4 Student Visa.

Willingness to complete a DBS disclosure.
