Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming and professional branch experience.
- Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions, including cash management, deposits, and vault cash operations.
- Identify referral opportunities for new products/services by understanding client needs and guiding them towards appropriate solutions.
- Educate clients on digital and self-service opportunities, promoting the adoption of convenient banking tools.
- Adhere strictly to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Ensure client needs are met and effectively manage client issues/concerns, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain a working knowledge of client accounts and available products/services to provide informed assistance.
- Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, upholding the integrity of banking operations.
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations in all daily activities.
- Adhere to Policy, apply sound ethical judgment, and escalate/report control issues promptly.
- Apply previous relevant experience (preferred) in a banking or financial services environment.
- Demonstrate proven sales and customer service experience.
- Possess strong money handling experience, ensuring accuracy in all cash transactions.
- Exhibit effective problem-solving and communication skills for clear client interactions.
- Demonstrate the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, fostering collaboration and mutual support.

- Education Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent.
