Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations

Deliver excellent customer service by setting a positive example and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally

Handle cash and operate the register accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly

Support food safety and sanitation standards by monitoring compliance and training team members accordingly

Assist in training new employees and coaching team members to improve performance and teamwork

Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and management to maintain operational flow

Perform basic math calculations related to cash handling, inventory, and shift reports

Collaborate with management to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Help enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards throughout the shift
Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months restaurant experience, preferably in a fast-paced setting

High School Diploma or GED required

Strong leadership potential with the ability to motivate and supervise team members

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

Basic math skills and experience with cash handling and register operation

Good verbal and written communication abilities
