Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and support hourly team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Deliver outstanding customer service and address guest concerns with professionalism and care

Supervise shift activities and ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and manage daily cash controls with accuracy

Assist with training and mentoring new and existing staff according to company procedures

Maintain effective communication with the team and management to ensure operational consistency

Complete basic administrative duties such as shift reports, incident documentation, and staff updates

Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures to maintain safety and quality standards
Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Strong leadership potential and ability to supervise a team during busy shifts

Solid customer service and conflict resolution skills

Familiarity with restaurant safety and compliance practices

Capable of performing basic math and operating a point-of-sale system

Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced setting

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working Conditions
This is an onsite, part-time position based in Deerfield Beach, FL. The role requires availability for a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team Leaders should be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant setting, handling food service equipment, and standing for extended periods. Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) and multitasking during peak hours is expected.
