Duties and Responsibilities

Support teachers with the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring a positive and effective learning environment.

Work closely with pupils, providing dedicated 1:1 support or assisting small groups to help them achieve their learning goals.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where all children feel valued and can thrive.

Help prepare classroom resources and maintain an organized and stimulating space.

Support children’s emotional, behavioral, and social development, acting as a nurturing and patient presence.

Collaborate effectively with teachers, SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinators), and fellow staff members.

Assist with general classroom management and administrative tasks as required.

Communicate effectively with teachers and other staff regarding pupil progress and well-being.

Adapt to different classroom settings and pupil needs with a proactive and flexible attitude.
Qualifications
Experience Level: Open to both experienced and new teaching assistants.
Education Requirement: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Relevant certifications or a college degree in a related field are considered advantageous.
Required Skills:

Experience working with children (in school, youth work, care, or similar).

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one).

The legal right to work in the UK.

Salary and Benefits
