Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate new business and expand existing business within assigned strategic accounts across the Iberia region.
- Collaborate effectively with sales teams and channel partners to broaden business relationships and drive mutual success.
- Develop detailed account plans for high-priority accounts, outlining strategies for engagement and growth.
- Evaluate customer profiles, craft compelling value messaging, and outline clear execution steps for sales cycles.
- Foster strong relationships within accounts, deeply understanding customer challenges and translating them into unique value propositions.
- Employ Return on Investment (ROI) sales methodologies to demonstrate tangible value to customers and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Collaborate on renewal business sales motions with customer success teams, ensuring high retention rates.
- Negotiate complex deals within targeted accounts, including on behalf of partners, to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build unwavering trust by thoroughly understanding customer needs and delivering the best possible experiences.
- Identify main personnel within accounts, address their challenges directly, and propose effective software solutions.
- Present compelling proposals to upper management within client organizations, effectively communicating value.
- Share successful sales tactics and stories with the broader team, contributing to collective growth and knowledge.
- Develop quarterly sales forecasts and comprehensive sales plans, outlining strategies for achieving targets.
- Establish clear action plans to solve challenges and consistently achieve desired results.
- Utilize a valid driver’s license and be able to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Apply fluent English and Spanish language skills.
- Possess familiarity with sales process and certain selling methodologies (e.g., TAS, Value Selling, Solution Selling).
- Be familiar with sales logging applications (e.g., Salesforce).
- Submit quarterly sales forecasts and demonstrate experience achieving results based on performance.
- Be proficient in reaching upper management within assigned accounts.
- Be proficient in using sales tools or show a willingness to use them (e.g., SFDC, OutReach, Consensus, Sales Navigator/LinkedIn, and Gong).
- Possess Microsoft products knowledge such as Excel.
- Have prior inside sales/office-based sales experience.
