Duties and Responsibilities
- Apply 6+ years of Salesforce development experience to design, develop, and implement complex solutions.
- Utilize extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning to build modern and intuitive user interfaces.
- Leverage a background in banking/finance (ideal) to understand industry-specific requirements and challenges.
- Demonstrate 2+ years of experience designing and building Force.com applications with Apex, Visualforce, and metadata-driven development.
- Possess significant experience with web services: executing calls and interpreting responses (REST or SOAP) for robust integrations.
- Apply proficiency in test-driven development, including building, writing, and enhancing comprehensive unit test cases.
- Own the configuration, customization, development, and installation of upgrades and new releases of Salesforce.com applications.
- Provide and maintain robust integration frameworks to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
- Expertly troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in the planning for application and design changes, contributing valuable technical insights.
- Research and implement tools and processes to improve the CI/CD process for Salesforce development.
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into technical requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: Senior-Level (6+ years Salesforce development).
