As a Specialty Representative, you will leverage your scientific knowledge, therapeutic expertise, and sales acumen to identify customer needs, adapt your selling approach, and deliver meaningful results. Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.

High school diploma/GED with at least five years of relevant industry experience required.

Minimum three years of experience in pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred.

Proven sales success and strong presentation skills.

Solid scientific, therapeutic, and product knowledge.

Strong business acumen with critical and strategic thinking.

Ability to execute brand strategies, manage territories, and build customer relationships.

Valid driver’s license, ability to pass drug screening, and safe driving compliance.

Must meet all HCIR credentialing requirements.
Salary and Benefits
AbbVie offers competitive compensation for this Specialty Representative, Psychiatry role. The package includes a negotiable base salary, paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and eligibility for short-term and long-term incentive programs.
Working Conditions
This is a field-based position requiring regular travel within the Concord, NH area. You will spend much of your time visiting healthcare providers and clients, working independently, and managing your own schedule.
