Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, pharmacy, business, or related field preferred.

High school diploma/GED with at least five (5) years of relevant industry experience (minimum three years in pharmaceutical/healthcare/science industry) will be considered.

Demonstrated track record of sales success and strong presentation skills.

Proven sales performance within therapeutic areas (preferred).

Experience in commercial pharmaceutical settings such as physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, or marketing (preferred).

Ability to identify customer needs and adapt selling approaches accordingly.

Recognized leadership capabilities with documented success in roles of increasing responsibility.

Strong scientific and therapeutic expertise with competitive knowledge.

Excellent business acumen and proficient use of business tools.

Valid driver’s license, ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, and meet safe driving standards.

Salary and Benefits
