Duties and Responsibilities

Undertake various landscaping projects, including turfing, mulching, seeding, and planting.

Lead and manage a team of operatives, guiding them through daily tasks and ensuring project goals are met.

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to project specifications.

Use your knowledge of trees and shrubs, including their Latin terminology, to ensure proper care and placement.

Work outdoors in all weather conditions, demonstrating physical fitness and resilience.

Use a range of hand tools and equipment safely and proficiently.

Ensure a safety-conscious mindset is maintained at all times, upholding all safety protocols.

Ensure environments are aesthetically pleasing, healthy, and safe.

Communicate effectively with clients and management, reporting on project progress and any issues.
Qualifications

Experience Level: This is a leadership role for a professional with previous experience in a similar operative position and proven leadership abilities.

Education Requirement: A CSCS card is an essential requirement for this role.
