Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations management at the South Houston site, ensuring smooth and efficient vehicle processing.
- Apply a deep understanding of auto reconditioning processes, including mechanical, cosmetic, and detailing work, to optimize workflows.
- Provide strong leadership skills, effectively managing and developing high-functioning teams in a high-volume environment.
- Utilize superior organizational skills to manage resources, schedules, and inventory efficiently.
- Employ robust analytical skills to evaluate operational data, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills to swiftly address operational challenges and ensure continuous flow.
- Implement and refine operational efficiency strategies to maximize throughput and minimize costs.
- Ensure proficiency in using various operational reporting tools to track performance, communicate metrics, and inform decision-making.

Qualifications
- Experience Level: Mid to Senior-Level (5+ years of operations management experience).
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Automotive Technology, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
- Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven operations management experience, preferably in automotive, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Comprehensive understanding of auto reconditioning processes (mechanical, cosmetic, detailing).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-functioning teams in high-volume environments.
