As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be instrumental in collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand complex customer workflows and pain points, designing user-centered solutions to improve processes, tools, and systems. You will leverage your proven track record of designing and implementing successful solutions for complex workflows, proficiency in design software, and strong analytical skills to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer workflows, pain points, and requirements within online purchasing, subscription management, and renewal journeys.
- Design and implement user-centered solutions to improve customer processes, tools, and internal systems.
- Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, research and service design, and other designers to ensure alignment and successful implementation of design solutions.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
- Advocate for best practices in user experience design and ensure adherence to design standards and guidelines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into internal marketing workflows.
- Apply a minimum of 4 years of experience in user experience design, with a focus on internal workflows and processes.
- Possess a proven track record of designing and implementing successful solutions for complex workflows.
- Maintain a strong understanding of marketing processes and tools.
- Demonstrate proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Possess the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Possess experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Potentially leverage experience in ecommerce (B2B and B2C) (preferred).
- Experience designing for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and multi-channel experiences (preferred).
- Experience with Agile software design methods (preferred).
- Familiarity with Autodesk or comparable competitive products (preferred).
Qualifications
- Experience Level: Senior-Level (4+ years of experience).
- Education Requirement: Relevant experience or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field is typically preferred.
