Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage one or more Applications Development teams, overseeing their daily activities and strategic contributions.
- Conduct comprehensive personnel duties for the team, including performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge across multiple Applications Development areas to provide robust technical oversight.
- Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business needs.
- Contribute to the formulation of strategies for applications development, shaping the technological roadmap.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of business integration, ensuring IT solutions seamlessly support business processes.
- Provide evaluative judgment in complicated and unique situations, making sound technical and managerial decisions.
- Monitor the delivery of end results, participate in budget management, and handle day-to-day staff management issues, including resource allocation and work assignment.
- Ensure essential procedures are followed rigorously and contribute to defining industry standards within the team.
- Appropriately assess risk, drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations, adhere to Policy, apply sound ethical judgment, and escalate/manage/report control issues promptly.
- Effectively supervise the activity of others and foster a culture of accountability within the development teams.
- Possess significant relevant experience in the Financial Service industry.
- Bring prior experience as an Applications Development Manager.
- Demonstrate experience at a senior level in an Applications Development role.

Qualifications
