Duties and Responsibilities

  • Apply 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a proven track record of building and deploying sophisticated GenAI applications.
  • Possess a deep understanding of GenAI models and architectures, including transformers, LLMs (e.g., Llama, Gemini, GPT-4), GANs, and diffusion models.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with Agentic AI concepts.
  • Exhibit extensive experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and evaluating their performance.
  • Possess expert-level Python programming skills and proficiency with relevant libraries (e.g., Transformers, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Flask/Django, LlamaIndex).
  • Apply experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Faiss, PostgreSQL with vector extensions) and implementing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using tools like LlamaIndex and LangChain.
  • Utilize strong software engineering skills, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), and cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Apply experience with MLOps principles and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
  • Exhibit excellent collaboration skills.
  • Potentially leverage experience with financial data and applications (fraud detection, risk management, personalized financial advice) (preferred).
  • Possess a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with chatbot development frameworks and best practices, including conversational AI design and NLU (preferred).
  • Experience leading or contributing to complex data science or AI/ML projects (preferred).
  • Publications or presentations at conferences related to AI/ML or GenAI (preferred).
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn) (preferred).
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (preferred).
  • Utilize Version Control: Git.
  • Design, build, and deploy Generative AI solutions for financial operations, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Conduct extensive model evaluation and optimization for GenAI applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Technology, and Risk, to integrate GenAI solutions.
  • Research and implement new AI/ML techniques and technologies relevant to financial services.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Experience Level: Senior-Level (5-8 years of experience in AI/ML development).
  • Education Requirement: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
