As a Self-Employed Enforcement Agent (formerly known as a bailiff), you will manage your own caseload, engage with individuals in challenging situations, and ensure ethical court order compliance on behalf of taxpayers, businesses, and individuals.
Duties and Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload and schedule as a representative of Marston Holdings.

Negotiate with individuals to resolve financial matters and ensure compliance.

Handle sensitive and challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.

Operate independently in a field-based role across Leicester, Leicestershire.

Adhere to a strict code of conduct and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain clear, accurate records of all activities.

Apply negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve resolutions.

Complete the required training to become a Certificated/Licenced Enforcement Agent.
Qualifications
Experience Level: Entry-level — no prior enforcement experience required. Full training provided.
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent, with emphasis on professional and life experience.
Required Skills & Attributes:

Confident, self-motivated, and disciplined.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Previous experience in self-employed, commission-only, or customer-facing field roles (advantageous).

Ability to manage sensitive and challenging situations effectively.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Able to pass a CRB/DBS background check.
