Duties and Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload and schedule, representing Marston Holdings in the field.

Negotiate with individuals to resolve financial issues and ensure court order compliance.

Handle challenging situations and conversations with professionalism and empathy.

Work independently across the St Ives, Cornwall area.

Adhere to a strict code of conduct and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain clear, accurate records of all work undertaken.

Utilise negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve resolutions.
Qualifications
Experience Level: Entry-Level — No prior Enforcement Agent experience needed; full training provided.
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent. Professional and life experience highly valued.
