Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform meticulous trade verifications to ensure the accuracy of booking requests.
- Generate and match trade confirmations promptly and accurately.
- Complete settlement tasks and daily rate revaluations efficiently.
- Coordinate transaction processing issues, working to resolve discrepancies swiftly.
- Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities, ensuring compliance.
- Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports as required.
- Participate in periodic General Ledger (GL) proofing exercises, contributing to financial accuracy.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, safeguarding Citigroup.
- Safeguard Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues.
- Apply relevant experience (preferred) in a financial services or operations environment.
- Utilize a Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting, and regulatory policies.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment.
- Exhibit demonstrated knowledge of macros for process efficiency.
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
