Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of technical personnel, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Manage department talent by setting goals, growth plans, and performance feedback.

Develop and maintain department training curriculums aligned with industry standards.

Ensure strict compliance with cGMP requirements.

Support budget development and monitor monthly financial performance.

Define and track KPIs to measure department effectiveness.

Lead department initiatives and capital projects as a project manager.

Facilitate communication within the department and with external stakeholders.

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture to prevent incidents.

Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex challenges.
Qualifications

Senior-level management experience, with at least 5 years in a technical field.

Prior supervisory experience; leading leaders preferred.

Bachelor’s degree strongly desired, with preference for technical degrees (Engineering/Science).

Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, or Facilities Management.

Strong knowledge of GMP environments and regulatory requirements (OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, Mechanical Integrity, PCI, DOT, EPA).

Familiarity with calibration/metrology and CMMS, BMS, EMS systems.

Excellent problem-solving, analysis, and communication skills.
