Duties and Responsibilities

• Apply strong analytical skills to critically analyze complex business processes and technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset, being proactive, willing to dive deep, and find creative solutions for SAP challenges.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships across departments.

• Demonstrate adaptability to new technologies and changing business requirements within the SAP landscape.
• Leverage prior experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or strong SAP ECC experience in Sales & Distribution and CRM modules.
• Apply an in-depth understanding of Order to Cash and CRM processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and customer service.
• Utilize proven experience in analyzing and improving business processes, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Possess familiarity with SAP configuration, data analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Participate in or lead SAP implementation or upgrade projects (a significant plus).
• Continuously analyze and improve Sales & Distribution and C4 processes, driving operational excellence.
• Design and implement streamlined processes within the SAP environment.
• Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve system issues, minimizing disruption.
• Implement robust controls and guardrails to ensure data integrity and system security.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.
• Stay current on SAP S/4HANA features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Gather requirements from business users, provide ongoing support, and ensure seamless system integration.
• Write clear and comprehensive functional specifications for new developments or enhancements.
• Execute thorough testing of SAP functionalities to ensure quality and reliability.

Qualifications
