Duties and Responsibilities
- Leverage proven experience in designing and building reports, user stories, and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Demonstrate the ability to understand SAC dashboarding and reporting requirements and convert functional requirements into robust technical design and build components.
- Produce professional dashboards, charting, and linking with SAC Analyses for Office to deliver high-quality analytical tools.
- Apply a strong understanding of CDS data models to ensure efficient data retrieval and structuring.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Data Team, other departments).
- Utilize strong financial analysis skills to accurately gather and interpret reporting requirements.
- Take ownership of creating and maintaining data models that support various reporting requirements and integrate data from multiple sources into SAC.
- Develop clear and meaningful data visualizations that provide actionable insights.
- Apply best practices in data visualization to ensure user-friendly and effective reports.
- Carry out meticulous data reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy across reports.
- Ensure data integrity and quality in all reports and dashboards produced.
- Assist in defining and adhering to data governance standards within the analytics environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility and work analytically in a problem-solving environment, addressing complex challenges.
- Proactively address user queries and troubleshoot issues related to reports and dashboards.
- Possess the ability to optimize and troubleshoot the performance of SAC dashboards.
- Maintain familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud releases and features roadmap to leverage new capabilities.
- Apply strong knowledge of S/4 Embedded Analytics, SAP BW Standard Content.
- Possess familiarity with financial reporting processes and standards.
- Showcase a strong technical understanding of SAP SAC reporting and tools using best practices.
- Provide evidence of writing SAP Analytics Cloud reports within a corporate context.
- Exhibit a good understanding of SAP data structures, End-to-end dataflow, SAC predictive capabilities, augmented analytics, and forecasting.
- Ensure authorization to work in the United States.
- Be available to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: Senior-Level (5 years of SAP Analytics Cloud experience required; 5 years of SAP ERP preferred).
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
