Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage retrofit projects ensuring full compliance with PAS 2035 retrofit standards.

Conduct assessments and oversee retrofit measures including energy efficiency improvements and building fabric upgrades.

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Organize and maintain accurate project documentation using Microsoft Office and relevant project management software.

Communicate clearly with all parties involved, managing expectations and providing progress updates.

Arrange and perform site visits and inspections across London, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications
