As a Retrofit Assessor, you will play a vital role in supporting the UK’s transition to energy-efficient homes by conducting thorough retrofit assessments and delivering high-quality reports aligned with PAS 2035 standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct detailed retrofit assessments of residential properties in line with PAS 2035 requirements and energy efficiency standards.

Collect accurate data through site visits, inspections, and surveys to inform retrofit recommendations.

Prepare comprehensive retrofit assessment reports, clearly documenting findings and improvement measures.

Use retrofit assessment software and Microsoft Office tools efficiently for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to explain retrofit options and processes.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retrofit regulations, building standards, and sustainability best practices.

Manage travel schedules and site visits across London, ensuring timely completion of assessments.

Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance assessment methodologies and client service.
Qualifications

Qualified Retrofit Assessor with Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor certification or an equivalent qualification.

Strong knowledge of PAS 2035 and current energy efficiency standards for retrofit projects.

Proven experience in conducting retrofit assessments and producing detailed reports.

Excellent data collection, analytical, and reporting skills with attention to accuracy.

Proficiency in retrofit assessment software and Microsoft Office suite.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel regularly across London.

Experience Level: Mid-Level, comfortable managing multiple assessments and client interactions.

Education Requirement: Certification as Retrofit Assessor (Level 3 or equivalent) required.

Working Conditions
The Retrofit Assessor role primarily operates on a hybrid basis, combining remote work with at least one day per week at our Eltham office. Regular travel across London is required to conduct on-site assessments and engage with clients.
