Acting as the leader in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager, you will oversee key responsibilities such as freshness checks, cash handling, and inventory management. Duties and Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support your team in line with Lidl’s Leadership and Company Principles.

Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Take ownership of store operations during your shift in the absence of senior management.

Oversee freshness checks, cash processes, stock, and inventory management.

Qualifications
Experience Level: Leadership role — proven experience leading a team and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with emphasis on practical leadership experience.
