You will manage daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager, taking ownership of responsibilities ranging from freshness checks to cash and inventory control. Duties and Responsibilities

Motivate and support your team in line with Lidl’s Leadership and Company Principles.

Delegate tasks effectively and solve problems quickly to ensure smooth store operations.

Oversee store operations when the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager are not present.

Manage key processes, including freshness checks, cash handling, inventory, and stock control.

Deliver the highest level of customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications
Experience Level: Leadership role — requires proven experience leading a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with strong practical experience and leadership skills.

Salary and Benefits
