Duties and Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support your team in line with Lidl’s Leadership and Company Principles.

Delegate tasks effectively and solve problems quickly to maintain smooth operations.

Take full responsibility for the store during your shift when senior management is absent.

Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock control.

Qualifications
Experience Level: Leadership position — prior experience managing a team and meeting targets in a busy, fast-paced environment is essential.
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with strong leadership and practical experience.
