As a Retail Shift Manager, you will take a leadership role in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager, overseeing key tasks such as freshness checks, cash handling, and inventory management. Duties and Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support your team in line with Lidl’s Leadership and Company Principles.

Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth daily operations.

Take full responsibility for the store during your shift when senior management is absent.

Oversee freshness checks, cash processes, inventory, and stock control.

Maintain Lidl’s high customer service standards.

Keep calm and professional under pressure.

Encourage and guide team members to develop their skills and store operations.
Qualifications
Experience Level: Leadership position prior experience managing a team and achieving targets in a fast-paced retail environment is essential.
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with strong practical leadership experience.
