You will take charge in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager, overseeing essential tasks such as freshness checks, cash handling, inventory management, and team coordination. Duties and Responsibilities

Motivate and support your team in line with Lidl’s Leadership and Company Principles.

Delegate tasks effectively and resolve issues quickly to maintain operational efficiency.

Oversee all store operations during shifts when senior management is not present.

Manage key processes, including freshness checks, cash handling, inventory, and stock control.

Deliver the highest standards of customer service and store presentation.

Qualifications
Experience Level: Leadership role — requires proven experience in leading a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with emphasis on practical leadership experience.

Salary and Benefits
