Duties and Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations

Supervise, train, and motivate crew members to perform at their best

Deliver top-tier customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at all times

Oversee food preparation, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand and health standards

Maintain proper inventory levels and place orders as needed

Manage cash handling procedures and ensure proper deposit handling

Monitor and coach performance, delivering real-time feedback and mentorship

Address customer concerns promptly and professionally

Ensure proper execution of all company policies and procedures

Step into leadership roles during opening, mid, or closing shifts
Qualifications

1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in food service or retail

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, team-focused attitude

Proven leadership and coaching abilities to drive performance and accountability

Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory and cost control

Familiarity with food safety standards ServSafe certification preferred

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
