Job Overview
Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of specialist mental health and learning disabilities & autism services, is seeking an experienced and visionary Registered Manager to lead the team at Beck House in Darlington. This is a pivotal leadership position, responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring excellence in care delivery, operational performance, and strategic growth.
You will bring an outstanding track record in healthcare management, coupled with strong commercial acumen and a deep commitment to improving clinical quality and service user outcomes. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, you will drive both quality and financial performance, maintaining Elysium’s reputation for exceptional care.
Duties and Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and management of Beck House.

Build strong working relationships with community multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.

Drive excellence in care delivery and operational performance.

Develop commercial opportunities with purchasers and referrers to support service growth.

Ensure both quality and financial objectives are consistently met.

Contribute to the strategic development and long-term vision of the service.

Promote Elysium Healthcare’s reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes.

Apply an inclusive, supportive leadership style that fosters team engagement.

Ensure full compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications

Valid NMC pin with a relevant nursing qualification (RNLD or RMN).

Minimum 5 years’ experience as an RNLD or RMN.

Proven experience as a Registered Manager.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Demonstrated commercial awareness, including budget control, business development, and revenue generation.

In-depth understanding of mental health and learning disabilities care.

Proven ability to foster stakeholder relationships and develop service provision.

Enhanced DBS check required.
