Job Overview
Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of specialist mental health and learning disabilities & autism services, is seeking an experienced and visionary Registered Manager to lead our team at The Woodlands. This permanent, full-time role offers an opportunity to take overall leadership and management of the service, ensuring exceptional care delivery, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
In this role, you will combine your strong leadership skills with commercial acumen, overseeing quality standards, financial performance, and long-term strategic development. You will build strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, drive service improvement, and uphold our reputation for high-quality outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and management of the service at The Woodlands.

Build strong working relationships with community multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Ensure exceptional care delivery and operational performance.

Identify and develop commercial opportunities with purchasers and referrers.

Balance quality standards with financial targets to ensure sustainability.

Contribute to the strategic vision and long-term development of the service.

Maintain and enhance Elysium’s reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in the healthcare sector.

Strong track record in leadership, operational management, and service improvement.

In-depth understanding of mental health and learning disabilities.

Strong commercial awareness, with experience in budget control, business development, and revenue growth.

Inclusive and supportive leadership style with excellent people management skills.

Ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships internally and externally.

Relevant professional qualification in healthcare management, nursing, or related field.

Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
