Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, conceive, and drive project and resource priorities that directly align with corporate goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans to improve existing performance across various initiatives.
  • Define clear project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Review projects meticulously for compliance with federal regulations, departmental guidelines, or funding requirements.
  • Perform in-depth research to collect, analyze, and present substantive information to inform decision-making.
  • Develop, evaluate, and implement new policies or procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Act as a crucial liaison between departments, sites, and/or agencies, fostering seamless collaboration.
  • Define, lead, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Prospectively identify and escalate potential issues, barriers/risks, or obstacles, and achieve resolution or plan effective contingencies.
  • Promote leadership through collaboration, cooperation, and clear communication across all levels.
  • Expertly resolve conflicts, ensuring positive outcomes and maintaining productive relationships.
  • Demonstrate project control internally through meticulous measurement, assessment, planning, and reporting of key outcome measures (metrics).
  • Forecast project activity and meticulously track finances with regards to the annual budget.
  • Serve as a single point of contact and/or escalation for implementation teams, providing guidance and support.
  • Work closely with site managers on feasibility questions for implementation and realistic timelines.
  • Create and maintain accurate project plans, ensuring all details are up-to-date.
  • Identify necessary resources, prepare comprehensive budgets, and manage projects within budget constraints.
  • Guide the development of policies and procedures related to project implementation.
  • Assist managers with leading on-site operations improvement efforts and coaching others.
  • Participate actively in the development, recommendation, and implementation of administrative policies, procedures, quality plans, and operational strategies.
  • Assist the Executive Director with bringing on new site locations and providing management assistance.
  • Assist with new building and/or renovation projects, contributing to infrastructure development.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new managers, providing guidance and onboarding support.
  • Drive improvement efforts through evidence-based quality data and rigorous program measurement.
  • Maintain current knowledge of processes, procedures, developments in clinical and patient care areas, and relevant governmental/economic/legal factors.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other departments.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and files.
  • Monitor new trends and development within the industry, applying relevant insights.
  • Complete other job-related assignments and special projects as assigned.
  • Attend and participate in department meetings, complete mandatory education/competencies, annual health requirements, and maintain licensure/certification.
  • Consistently utilize appropriate universal precautions, protective equipment, and ergonomic techniques.
  • Adhere to regulatory agency requirements, survey process, and compliance.
  • Comply with established organization and department policies.
  • Be available to work overtime and additional shifts/schedules when required.
  • Apply a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Health, or a healthcare-related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
  • Possess strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrate well-developed leadership skills and creativity to organize, develop, and provide administrative leadership for project and program effectiveness.
  • Possess expert administrative operational knowledge, inspirational leadership, and positive conflict resolution.
  • Apply business development or complex business project management experience.
  • Exhibit the ability to navigate and work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and often changing high-growth environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior-Level (strong project management skills and business development or complex business project management experience indicate a mid-to-senior level).
  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Health, or a healthcare-related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.
